Error messages

For 10 days now I have had the same error message on JustMusic and/or AllOffmp3. "Sorry. We're having updates. Please get back later". The Help guys there seem friendly but incompetent, because they keep claiming to have solved the problem, but have, in fact, done nothing at all. Does anyone else have the same problems? If so, have you solved them? How? Thanks

Error messages

I managed to cure the problem, but only on a Windows PC by hitting Ctrl + F5 lots of times in succession. But that does not work on the Apple Mac I use all the time.
