I just purchased credit and downloaded the Skyshare Manager, but none of the songs I want are downloading, plus they don't have all the songs displayed on the mp3skyline available.

mp3xlcusive and Skyshare v.1.4.2

Crikey - after waiting for ages for them to reply to all my emails, they finally did and it all got sorted out eventually, they said my emails went to their spam folder, but they sorted it out in the end which is what matters - Morale: PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. Very impressed with their downloads (quality) and their database is AWESOME. It's quick and easy to use. Well Done mp3xclusive, keep up the great work, I'll definatley be comingback for more. Yes, I would recommend this company, especially for hard to find reggae music. ~(;-o)

mp3xlcusive and Skyshare v.1.4.2

I am not impressed with this company after following their advice, paying the money, downloading Skyshare etc., it still doesn't work and my balance on mp3xclusive shows $0.00. After I sent several emails to their support@mp3xclusive.com address, which were all ignored, I decided it was all a scam and they have probably ripped me off for $21.50 - I won't be using them again. Think twice before you sign up to them!!! If anyone gets a response from them please let me know - I'd love to hear their excuse.

since several days MP3SKYLINE is no longer accepting CC payments, all transactions are stopped by their CC agent. of course I sent several mails but no answer... Be aware of this...

So far they're pissing me off!

I was signed up to this site when it was mp3skyline.com ONLY, and there weren't any outages and non-working times, the songs I wanted would download, and everything seemed fine. Then there was the "Partial Outage" the site had, so nobody could get into their accounts or download anything. Then their support went from being mp3skyline to mp3xclusive. Then my account disappeared. I've been e-mailing these jokers for months now. Here's the short story: Me: "My account is gone and so is my money" Them: "Send us the original sign up e-mail you received from us and we'll fix you all up" Me: "Okay that's done. I can download music again?" Them: "Nope. Re-sign up at our website and let us know and we'll add back your funds" Me: "Okay that's done, add my funds" Them: NO RESPONSE Me, a month later: "Yo, my account is there but where my funds at?" Them: NO RESPONSE Me:"WTF????" Them: STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE My advice? DON'T SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. Before this site came along I registered with gomusic.ru which seems way more on-the-ball and legit than this other shitty site. AND they're still around so at least I can get some music from there, but I really enjoyed the obscure and worldly sounds I could find at mp3skyline which is why I really hope they reinstate my account AND my money. I'll keep you all posted. Until then, fuck 'em. Total Scam.

Not totally ripped off perhaps...

As promised, this is me keeping you posted. So within 48 hours of my 3rd e-mail to them and (subsequent online posting to this website), I received an e-mail from the admins at mp3xclusive.com, and I must say they were polite and helpful! They were apologetic that my e-mails were missed, as they were being directed to their spam folder. This leads me to conclude that in order to get a response from the admins, DO NOT press reply or forward to an e-mail they've sent you (ie. when they say forward them the original e-mail you received when you signed up, just copy and paste the info in a new e-mail). CREATE A NEW ONE EVERYTIME. This should avoid the old your-msg-went-to-spam excuse. THEN they said that the funds were added back to my account and to give it a try and contact them if I need anything further. To my surprise and delight, they added $30 to my account, though originally only had $20, so trés bon on their part! I then downloaded the newest Skyshare Manager v1.3.1) and it is fairly easy to use and the downloads seem to be working!! Double surprise!! I must say, this site has redeemed itself in my books, for the time being. There is still this pesky little issue with being able to search and find many songs I'm looking for, but when it comes to downloading them, a much smaller selection is available. Like when I search for Jil Caplan on their site, many results are shown. But nothing comes up for her at all in the Skyshare Manager... hmmm... I will post again in awhile. In the meantime, if you're having trouble getting through to the admins, don't give up!! Though if you're REALLY getting no where with them, try re-reading your message and make sure it's coherent and simple, with as many real words as possible, and not 2 many wtf's and omg's and bad gramer n spelling cuz lik omg dey cnt no wat u want if u don't like type relly gud cuz sum of dem dont speak english like u n me right, lol. Ya hear?

Alright, I have to say the tech people really were a great help once they could receive my e-mails. They re-added my account AND my funds after they mysteriously vanished, but I was still skeptical. After some use, everything is downloading perfectly, and the music downloading software is very user friendly I think. The only disappointment is the number of songs listed on the site as being available vs. the actual number of songs available for download through the Skyshare Manager (which is a fair bit less). Once the song library grows and the Skyshare Manager gets an update, I look forward to downloading more and more songs! Thanks a lot to the admin that helped me out along the way :D

I signed up to mp3 Skyline

I signed up to mp3 Skyline in January and I have to say, I'm infuriated with them. A long "partial outage" persisted for about a month and now I cannot log onto the site at all. Two emails requesting assistance have gone unanswered, plus various "resend password" prompts have proved fruitless. Rubbish site.
