I joined MP3 Fiesta on Dec 5 2010 and made a credit card payment of Us$29.95 and received the following confirmation of the payment; This notification email is just a friendly reminder (not a second charge) that on 05 Dec 10 you made a payment to EVP International, JSC (mb_visa_usd@webtopay.com) via Moneybookers Gateway. This payment for USD 29.95 made with your credit/debit card AMEX, will appear on your statement shortly. This charge will appear on your card statement as a debit by: MB*Moneybookers.com
This is just a reminder to help you recognise the charge.
Since then I have been unable to access my account and am told my email is not registered.
I top up my account with $30. The next minute when I tried to access my account I got this message:
"Due to technical problems our website is temporary closed.
Please try again later."
Now it has been a month since I paid $30 to those pirates but still unable to download anything from their website. And when I want I call them from their so called customer service number somebody answers the phone without talking and after my 20-30 hello's they hang up the phone.
I'd strongly recommend you to stay away from this website if you don't want to lose money like me.
I have used mp3 fiesta for about 3 years. I still have about 50 dollars of credit there. The last five songs have not downloaded, however they still charged me 40 cent
each for them. I have sent them a support ticket, to which 3 weeks later i still get no reply.
Do yourselves a favour and do not use this site. If you are
using cheap russian mp3 sites use the minimum amount.
I remeber when mp3 fiesta was 5 cent a track, within 6 months it was 40 cent, and now they just keep your balance.
My wife tends to do alot of downloading and is constantly reloading. I am serving in Saudi Arabia and I was unable to download some music due to the 48 hour experation and lack of speed on the net, but I emailed their support and with in two days I had a reponse and a refund of unused funds.
I just joined mp3 fiesta and it seems to totally suck. I emailed both them as well as the payment provider (?) about why i can't pay in any way to get my stuff. This is a hoax. Stay out of there. Next i'll google some other places where I can actually pay for my music.

i made a new account, then i clicked on refill balence...but it doesnt require the card number so it wont work...how the hell am i suppose to pay then?..
please help if you know how to put money onto your account.
I tried 2 different visa gift cards and b4 i had used a mastercard gift card so i went and got one of those and it worked!
and your problem is its a minimum of 19.99, but u will go through it so get the 29.90 and u get $3 free thats what i did
I just added money using Visa to my MP3fiesta account today. The amount shown on the upper right hand of the page did not update . After checking the history and balance pages, it shows that the credit had gone through but did not appear on the browser page. It seemed like the value had been cached and would not update, even with a page refresh. LegalSounds are having problems with their payment system at the moment, and as such they are unable to accept credit card payments.
Don’t be worried though, LegalSounds are one of the best and well-known mp3 download sites, so once they are up and running they will be safe to use. And if LegalSounds are being their normal selves, the site will be all fixed really soon. It has come to my attention that for the past few weeks MP3 Fiesta has had problems when depositing money into your account.
If you have money in your account you are still able to download music as usual, but their system does not currently allow you to top-up your balance with extra credit.
If they resolve this issue I will keep you updated, but for now I would recommend downloading your MP3 music from another site.
I can't get it to work.Been using the site for ages but now when I try to make a payment it keeps giving me an error message. I've emailed them 3 times but had no reply either.
I have been trying to pay for a week. Sometimes I get bumped to another site where I enter the info & other times it just fails at the fiesta page. Also getting the same lack of response to my queries about the problem. I suspect they are getting inundated with emails. I also suspect that the credit card transactions are getting blocked at the processor side. It seems to be an issue with these download sites... a question of legality possibly - even though fiesta is purported to be legal.
I have the same problem, There is nowhere to type the card holder, card no., or verification or security code.
I enter my details, Name, address etc. and click confirm payment. I am directed to a blank white page paymentAsia.com in a new tab then the mp3fiesta tab changes to the processing payment page the one where you have to keep refreshing the page but I haven't even entered my card no. yet. I went to my sisters house to try it on her laptop and when i entered the site it(mp3fiesta) said that this site maybe trying to trick me because the license had been altered or something like that, so I brought up a page that showed mp3fiesta had just changed or renewed to this paymentAsia in late september 2008 just about when it stopped working for me(so ithink it has something to do with that) also I waited until they did some site maintainence I thought when they changed the adverts for new music would probably be a sign, and then go to the refill balance page and then there was the inputs for the card no. etc. I thought nice one they fixed it I waited a few days til i could get my hands on a credit card but by the time I had got it the site was broken again. I sent 1 e-mail I thought that would be sufficiant but no answer, so idk
Do Not Give up on mp3fiesta They have served me well over the years my old login from allofmp3 transfered to mp3fiesta.
OK So I ran into the same issue ... Could not pay with credit card everytime i went to refill my balance it gave the 10 dollar promo
So I was Thinking if they where updating the site they could have possibly missed this... So i went looking at my prior history to see where the payment redirect link was

I signed in copyed that to my browser and all of a sudden my account billing options came back I am currently back up and running as of OCT 10th 2008
One interesting note I have my main account that is a very old and active account and this copy and paste thing seemed to do the trick. But I have a newer account that a family member got so we could do the 50 dollar promo we tried to do the redirect and It did not work on the new account.. Perhaps they are fixing as we speak...
When In doubt refer to there support section. I can vouch they do respond it just takes them a couple days and its always english without verbs rough english translations ... But they will respond in time.

I, too, have failed to refill my balance. I went through to a page called P-Pay and filled in my Visa card details (including, for the first time ever, being asked for the bank's name and phone number), but then reached an error page, with error number 1928EE. The payment pages are now stated as being 'offline'.
This is the first time I've tried to refill the balance, having created the account 6 or 9 months ago.
I am very sorry for all of your problems with the MP3 Fiesta. Me and my wife have been using this site for over a year now and fortunatly but unfortunatly have had no problems with the site. I am simply saying that they have been been reliable for us and to check your computers for viruses, Malware, spyware Etc. I know my computer had some of these at one point and kept trying to reroute me to other sites. They really are a good site and would hope you give them another chance.
