I FINALLY GOT THIS THING INSTALLED THE RIGHT WAY - AND WENT TO UNINSTALL THE OLD VERSION, IT UNINSTALL ALL MY APPLICATIONS ON MY MAC POWER BOOK, I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH APPLE CARE. THIS DISASTER STARTED AT 5:45AM SUNDAY. I WAS NOT DONE TILL 10PM SUNDAY NIGHT. THE APPLICATIONS R ALL BACK THAT CAME WITH THE MAC ANYTHING ELSE 3RD PARTY IS GONE. - WHO KNOWS IF THERE WILL BE GLITCHES LATER. *** AND DITTO ANYTHING I WANT TO DOWNLOAD IS UNAVAILABLE! *** AND DITTO EMAILED A FEW TIMES NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! experiencing a similar situation with just music aka lavamus - i do not think any of these companies should offer prepaid packaged deals if they cant deliver. they should refund your money. there must be some sort of legal recourse. I HAVE TOLD THE FEW PEOPLE AT APPLE WHO HELPED ME TO SPREAD THE WORD. B.

Skyshare problem

I've had a similar problem to the previous poster. I've downloaded 2 versions of Skyshare and successfully downloaded 1 song. From then on every attempt has come back saying error. I'm thankful that when mp3skyline.com finally re-opened for business they awarded me some credit but it's of no use. On their site they tell us if we have any problems downloading we should contact them and they'll assist but they haven't responded to any of my queries. I'd really like my money back if they're not going to return to the basic style of downloading music.

Skyshare problem

I have nothing good to say about mp3skyline.com (now trading as mp3xclusive.com). Since rebranding in order to get further around the law of copyright, both download procedure and track availability has become farcical. The rebranded site totally changes the terms and conditions to which I signed up to without offering reimbursement of funds. This in itself is contrary to consumer statutory rights and as such they are in breach of contract. Tracks listed on the web site are NOT available to download via the new "improved" bug-ridden skyshare manager and worse, they do not answer any email messages. I have only a few bucks in my account and I will not be adding anything to it in the future. It's a shame really as it was once a good mp3 resource but this is no longer the case. Take my advice: DO NOT GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS.

mp3xclusive a pain in my ....!

I have also been having months of trouble with mp3xclusive (formerly mp3skyline) and their new skyshare manager. I joined in January and had success for the first two months searching and downloading music until their whole system apparently crashed and they had to re-load everything. They said it would take a couple of weeks however nothing worked for a couple of months and then they revamped it all and called it mp3xclusive, made you download the useless skyshare manager software (as someone else mentioned probably to get around copyright issues) but I have since only been able to download a few tracks out of hundreds I've wanted to download. I wrote them several times, have had one reply that promised to add bonus credit to my account (which would be useless since I can't download anything!) and to give me any tracks I couldn't download for free! So I sent them a long list of tracks I wasn't able to download but have heard nothing since (been a month now). I've since tried to reach them again asking to at least give me back my money (8 bucks left. :^)) but have had no response. Been trying to find a number to call them with no luck. Anyone have a number for them or know how to get it? Does seem like scammers at this point. If you read their legal page it looks like they have protected themselves from having to give anyone's money back for any reason!! Also does anyone know of another mp3 download site that is legit that has a lot of the rare stuff the mp3xclusive claims to have? If you do know of other sites that are good that work, PLEASE tell me!!! Thanks!!!

Skyshare is a bunch of crooks

They present all these songs on Mp3xclusive. Once you pay and download that shitty bare bones Skyshare application, none of the songs on Mp3xclusive are actually available. I called my bank and they're refunding my money. OI'm also going to complain to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest everyone here do the same. Put these thieves out of business.

Skyshare should be put out of business

I had the same experience with Mp3xclusive. After I have made an account to them and I have tried to download some music they claimed they have, none of the albums I have searched for on Mp3xclusive were actually available. I have written some emails signaling my problem but no answer was received by now. Please let me know how can I complain to the Better Business Bureau in order that other people to be aware not to do further transactions with them.
