Fraud?

When I want to search for mp3 in this site ,I'm directed to mp3xclusive.com ,site similar to mp3skyline ,but ther You can sign-up and sign-in ,and in mp3skyline you still can't do this ! And they change email from support@mp3skyline.com for mp3skyline@gmail.com , suspicious .. sorry for my english.

Never ever touch MP3Skyline/MP3Exclusive

This service was once stellar with lots of great stuff, but since march 2008 it is now terrible. Lots of downtime, many tracks not available/corrupted and their download manager (Skyshare) is a joke. For those who still have money in there, dl whatever you can before this site goes for good; those tempted to put money in, just don't: you'll be very sorry... Go on Lavamus instead, it has been very reliable for quite a while now. Ciao.

MP3sugar.com FRAUD/SCAM??

I have also been victim. Put $34.95 plus $10 FREE onto account. Was initially able to download maybe for $2. Since then stupidly forgot my login details, and now the site won't recognize my email ( which has been the same for 15 years!). All emails to admin/ accounts/ support bounce back to me. It must be a scam!!!

cant believe the lack of warnings

skyshare is a total waste, as is mp3xclusive.com. they advertise many songs n the site, even providing samples, but when you download the software and pay the money out, then you will find that almost all of the songs that are present on the webpage arent available through the software. and what is up with all of the "error" downloads. I would say about 40 percent of the stuff I did find, and wish to download, failed to download. Then I got down to my last 20 cents worth of downloads, and it said I didnt have enough credit to download a 20 cent song. that means that they jacked me for 20 cents in the end. even after all of the let downs, lies, and disappointment, they still ripped me off for cash. This would be an awesome sevice if they were able to deliver. But I hate being promised something before I pay, then ignored after they have my money in their pockets. I will advise everybody that I know how shady this business is.

pffft! what a stupid site

I'm having the exact same issues that everyone else below me has discussed. The only thing that I got that I was surprised about, was the fact that I actually received an email back from them regarding when my account balance was not transferred over from mp3skyline. They apologized and gave me a new password and everything was good, and my balance was back to what I signed up with in the beginning, so i did get a lot of free tracks before this whole dilemma. But, to say the least, I have not received any emails back about my situations with dysfunctional tracks not downloading.......and i feel your frustrations. I'm pretty sure that I have on my desk right now a pile of papers with the songs written on it that i still want.....i'm guessing around 50 songs or more. And I keep checking back with the site periodically, as the pop up window says, but to no avail! I love how they advertise themselves as having one of the largest song databases for downloading music, yet probably only 10% of that content is actually downloadable. This site needs to get their act together. And if they didn't want to respond to so many compaint emails we all keep sending them, maybe they should keep everyone posted with their news section..... after all, that's why it's there. It feels nice to let your frustrations out in writing!

looks like it's time to contact CC companies for refunds

mp3skyline went down almost in early March, so we are approaching the 2 month mark in which we have all been waiting for fixes and hearing promises of "a little while longer," etc. They no longer reply to any emails at any address, and tracks requested are never available. If you wait too long, you will go past the time limits credit card companies extend for internet scam refunds. Do what you will, but understand that as it stands, this outfit IS a fraud. As long as it advertises tracks it never delivers, it doesn't matter HOW much credit they place in accounts. This looks like a trick to keep users hanging on until they cannot get refunds through their credit card companies. If they stopped advertising tracks they have no intention of delivering, it would be another story - but they don't...and those of us who have spent hours trying to get tracks which we saw advertised and encouraged us to sign up know this is true. I suspect the rest of the bloggers who report positive experience are simply part of mp3skyline. I know of NO ONE who is getting any kind of satisfaction at all fro this site currently, whether it be response to polite emails OR tracks which are constantly promised. Requests go nowhere and your money is gone. Your move.

hmmm.....

hmmm..... been thinkin the same thing. however am able to download with the Skyshare Manager, but there r no new tracks anyway. soo ... am going to contact cc company or am going to spend all of my balance on older tracks. anyway wat should i do if i wanna get my money back? thx ps: lavamus.com(cud find nearly all the track i need there) www.myspace.com/lifemaster

Having the same problem.

Having the same problem. MP3exclusive, nor Skyshare will answer e-mails. When you download Skyshare manager 9.0, no songs are available that you look for. A message comes back saying: file is temporarily unvailable over network content. This is getting frustrating, to say the least.

This is a total nightmare.

This is a total nightmare. I have wasted so many hours trying to download hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of songs and only one ACTUALLY downloaded. I have requested a refund many many times but they never comply. They won't even answer a single email. I guess I am out $50. I filled out some dispute forms my credit card company sent me... hopefully I can at least get some resolution through them since mp3skyline (or whatever they are calling themselves now) is a shady fraudulent con-artist "company". Hopefully there is some karma in the world and these con-men get theirs.

mp3skyline , mp3exclusive, - Skyshare Manager v0.9.0 ??????

i have tried to download on mp3skyline and get redirected to mp3exclusive, when i go to download i get a message saying i need the latest version of Skyshare Manager v0.9.0. i upload this, i try and download and i am asked to upload the latest version of Skyshare Manager again. am i doing something wrong; is mp3skyline/ mp3exclusive back and running again if not do does anyone have an idea when? thanks b

Needless to say I have sent emails to support@mp3skyline.com, mp3skyline@gmail.com and now info@mp3xclusive.com to no avail so far...

as you could have noticed - we're coming back, however not that fast, as i'd like it to be. there's still certain problems which are being solved.

regarding accounts and bonuses: all downloads (e.g. your credit spent on downloads) from 6th February - are confirmed to be completely free. this means that :

1. if you have [b/]NOT[/b] topped up balance after 6th February - your credit is adjusted as it was before 6th February.

2. if you have made an order after 6th February - you will see the credit unspent (just as all downloads were free for your)

3. if you have not ever deposited funds - you will see nothing, i guess

4. several accounts (email logins) from Europe customers might be messed up, so please PM me, if you have paid, but system tells you that no such member found

(!essential! - please forward me message you got upon register, this will help me much to restore your accounts)

in the meantime we're still sorting out tons of music, so please keep up your patience, we will be up shortly

Has anyone had any recent

Has anyone had any recent email's from mp3skyline@gmail.com ? I had one intially when their server went down. I have emailed since with no reply frOm them. I just wanted to know if my bank account would be credited back with the money that was in my skyline account.
