To see where they mention it, you have to first sign up and then go to this page this page (look at the right side) to see where they mention "Visa Electron". You can't get to that page unless you are logged in.
My Debit card does not have a cvc2 code on it, or an expiry date. Though I did experiment anyway. The transaction failed though, which makes me wonder why they pretend to accept these particular cards.
Usually a Visa debit card will have an expiration date and CVC code on the back the same as a Visa credit card does (and therefore it works anywhere where Visa is accepted). I have never had the type of card you have, just the 'normal' Visa debit card type.
i have always had a bit of a problem getting
