I was never going to register here just to post something bad about any site. But when it comes to loosing money I can't keep silence.
Here is the story.
Following review on sonboom.com site I decided to register and pay on mp3skyline.com.
First days I had no problems. I paid and downloaded some tracks. But during last week I was going to add some more money and had no luck. I kept coming back and saw "store is closed" or "we do not accept payments now" messages. Now I see the message on songboom that they will start accepting payments in 5 days... We'll see...
Here is another problem. Since I still had some few bucks on my balance I tried to use them to buy some tracks.
No luck again. 90% of the tracks that I tried to buy were not available. Every track that I tried to buy brought me "THIS RELEASE WAS DELETED FROM OUR SITE" message.
So now I think that they deleted ALL the tracks from their site (why would they do that?!) or they NEVER HAD them (more likely).
Dear Songboom. Are you sure they really had all these 2mln tracks? Or this was just a fake to bring people and get paid?
Check this out and let us know. mp3skyline support didn't reply to my requests.

Some Hope Regarding the Download Problem
MP3skyline : Major maintenance
Just to let everybody know:
We're working hard now and making our best to integrate new payment processor. and yes, we will succeed at last, but please consider this to be a hard work to do. so please give us some time (expecting several days as it stated already) and we will deliver quality services for EVERY our customer, just like we did all the time before.
Regarding "DELETED" releases or somewhat: we're making major re-arranges in the meantime in our catalogue. For sure, all the tracks are present and available, but as you might guess it's a hard work as well to handle all the stuff. Our support team is literally working 24 / 7 to make it done. Again, we'd like to provide the best mp3 download services ever, so please give us some time.
P.S. all our members are welcome to send us track lists that ain't working at the moment, and we will provide proper downloads immediately. Just e-mail us at support@mp3skyline.com and we will sort this out and advise asap.
best regards, mp3skyline.com support

Email me with your mp3skyline username
SkyLine-User - I imagine that the download problems are related to the changes they are making to integrate a different payment processor on the site, but I cannot say for sure. Since I haven't heard of this problem before, I'm guessing that is the case.
I will ask the technical support there about the "DELETED" message you are getting. Also, I can verify that they have over 2 million tracks: by my last count (I downloaded and inspected their database), they have 2,132,706 tracks at the moment. I don't believe they would have tracks listed that aren't actually there just to attract customers - that would be easy to find out.
If you send me an email via the contact form and include your username at MP3Skyline, I'll see what I can do for you (I'll need your username there so that they know who I'm talking about). The support there is generally pretty good; perhaps they are a little overwhelmed with cases at the moment.
they do not work at all
Yes, It Does
It does matter. The site is not down at all. Please read the above post that the MP3Skyline technical help provided.
If he lets me know his login, I will inform the guys at MP3Skyline, and they can deal with his download problem accordingly.
