MP3City sports a catalog of mainstream music and prices of $0.20 per track - regardless of the length of the tune. They accept VISA, Mastercard, e-Gold and Webmoney as payments and provide the usual click-to-download web interface.

The catalog seems similar to other websites I've reviewed ( GoMusic and MP3Search come to mind, read those reviews here and here respectively ). Like many sites, some older tracks are found at lower encoded bitrates, but newer tracks are always at high bitrates (192kbps - 320kbps).

Pre-listening is also available for all tracks, but you don't get to listen to the entire tune - you get the first 30 seconds as a sample. All tracks cost $0.20 each, which is on par with some of the cheapest sites and a little less than the more expensive sites. It also has a "wish list" feature that allows you to keep track of which tracks you might want to download in the future (but at these prices, why not just download it now?). As far as additional features go, MP3City doesn't really have any extras to speak of.

MP3City accepts VISA and Mastercard as payment options, as well as the less popular e-Gold and Webmoney methods. You can purchase credits in amounts between $10 and $50 at various increments (with e-Gold and Webmoney you can pay as little as $5, though). For purchases of $20 and more you get bonus tracks added to your account: for $20 you get 15 extra tracks, $30 you get 20 extra, and for $50 you get 45 extra tracks. That means that you end up paying $0.17 per track if you purchase $50 worth or credits - a total of 295 tracks.
